WHAT

Fitness coaching, metabolic training (adipose weight loss), nutritional balancing, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular capacity, specific programs : Pilates, posturology, stabilization or pertaining to a sport in particular (tennis & golf e.g.) and stretching/limbering up.

• VISION : "Head To Fit" is a double play on words. The first meaning is “from your head to your feet,” and the second is “to head towards a fit lifestyle”. Basically, the philosophy behind our name is closely related to the famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano" (“A healthy soul in a healthy body”). For someone looking to change, this statement in itself is a personal realization that physical and mental fitness are closely connected. Hence a certain vision of the concept of well-being.

HOW

Following an initial consultation, several tests (including bioelectric impedance body composition analysis), and a check-up, we will establish a program and perform a targeted work through well-tried methodologies as well as the use of efficient and state-of-the-art equipment. All of which will take place within a safe and pleasant environment.

WHO

Mathias Fernandez:

• Former top athlete. Member of the Swiss Basketball National Team from 1987 to 2001. Winner of the Swiss Cup in 2003 and of the Swiss League Championship in 2005.
• Studies in Psychology & Osteopathic medicine in Lausanne.
• 10 years of experience in the field of Medical Devices as a Sales Consultant/Manager.
• Degree in Management, Sociology & Sports Policy (University of Lausanne)
• Diplomas in Fitness Training, Personal Training & Performance Training (FISAF)
• Certifications in Pilates Matwork, TRX Suspension Training, BOSU, Kettlebell, Functional Training, Foam Rolling & Performance Boxing.
• Currently collaborating with la Clinique La Prairie in Montreux
