Here are some news from Head To Fit : first, the FitsPro Convention & then, new partnerships.
This convention gave me the chance to approach new ways of training : the new RIP (TRX), the VIPR, Bulgarian Bags, Acro Training & Trigger Points Therapy.
My new partnerships are with the Gay Ostheopathic Practice & Body Performance shop in Pully. The synergy with Head To Fit is quite perfect !
